Case 16: 1 - Rhinoplasty - Primary

This 25 year old young woman had multiple prior injuries to her nose, resulting in asymmetry and obstructed airways. Her problem was particularly difficult because there was no bump on her profile. The challenge was to give her an excellent airway and as much symmetry as possible in view of the significant deformities.
